CCGCD Amends District Rules to Implement Management Zone 2

The CCGCD Board of Directors voted and approved the amendment of rules on June 18, 2025. The amendments implement a new Management Zone 2 which generally affects the northern and western parts of Colorado County. The boundaries of Management Zone 2 (MZ2) are written in Rules 3.3.2 and are demonstrated in Appendix B. Rules are available online at www.ccgcd.net under the 'District Overview' and 'Regulatory tabs.'
