CCGCD Adopts 2027 Budget & Tax Rate for Tax Year 2026

On September 16, 2026, the CCGCD Board of Directors adopted the 2027 Budget in the amount of $275,826. The Board also adopted a tax rate of $0.0066 per $100 valuation for tax year 2026. The proposed tax rate would increase total taxes in the CCGCD by 3.51%.
