Office Staff

James E. "Jim" Brasher
General Manager

CCGCD hired Jim Brasher as General Manager in October of 2008.  Mr. Brasher was born and raised in Weimar and graduated from Weimar High School.  He received his Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Geology from Texas A&M University. As part of the oil and gas industry for the previous 26 years, Mr. Brasher has worked internationally and domestically, in development, exploration and in research and as an individual contributor and in management. He is a Professional Geologist and has published numerous articles on subsurface geology. Mr. Brasher resides in Columbus with his wife, Amanda.


Kim Kansteiner
Office Manager

CCGCD welcomed Kim Kansteiner as Office Manager in April of 2009. Ms. Kansteiner was born in Houston and moved to Colorado County in 1981 to live closer to family. She graduated from Weimar High School and later attended Baker College where she received a degree in Business with a concentration in Human Resources Management. Ms. Kansteiner resides in Weimar.
